We were a late booking at about 8.30pm and BigProps to Mike who checked us in. He was awesome and a credit to the company. He went out of his way for us not once but twice and it was his assistance that made our stay worth while.

Starting on a positive, the pub food and service was top notch, can highly recommend.
Service upon arriving and checking in at Nightcap on the other hand was terrible. The semi-bald male staff member accused us of not having paid for our booking (we paid at the time of booking 2 months ago) and would not accept our wotif booking receipt as proof of payment. His only solution was for us to pay twice. It wasn't until he checked his paperwork properly that he realised we had indeed paid because it said "prepaid" which had been highlighted by his manager. Not so much as a sorry from him after this, just excuses. This took 30 minutes to sort out, and we were made to feel like idiots the whole time.
Also the price for the rooms was a bit steep. It would have been nice to have a microwave and toaster for $200+, that being said the rooms were fairly neat, tidy and modern.
Have stayed here before without children, and stayed a 2nd time with children, rooms have been updated so modernized. Did not here any noise from inside the venue. Close to airport.
I would have given 5 stars for service but we weren't eligible for a discount we were told we would receive because we were 3 minutes late in getting up from our table to order dinner.
Amazing bunch of drinking patrons mixed with excellent staff provide a comfortable welcome fun atmosphere for all the family love the place will definitely be back thisarvo ♥️

Very slow service.waited ages to get a drink and the meal service was really poor.would of been much better if they warned us that the wait was 90 minutes we might have gone somewhere else
Fun trivia nights on Wed. Staff is always friendly and the food and atmosphere r gr8.
